Description
Queensferry was once the only crossing over the Firth of Forth. In continual use for nearly 800 years, it was named for St. Margaret of Scotland who grew tired of pilgrims drowning themselves in attempt to reach St. Andrews, so she made an official ferry. The Ferry has since been replaced with the Forth Road Bridge, pictured here in the background.
